Ms Semper was admitted to the German Federal Bar (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer, BRAK) in 2016 and is an associate lawyer at BRAHMS, NEBEL & Kollegen in Hamburg. Ms Semper mainly advises on civil law contract drafting and on the enforcement of claims in and out of court. Ms Semper advises, inter alia, project developers, investors and energy service providers on the drafting of service contracts, purchase agreements and contracts for work and services as well as in the area of energy law, tenancy law and land law. In addition, Ms Semper regularly appears before German courts and is experienced in advising on the enforcement and/or defence of civil claims.

Due to her versatile professional experience, Ms. Semper has a comprehensive knowledge of various topics. Ms Semper supports projects in the areas of photovoltaics, biogas and electric mobility. In the context of these projects, Ms Semper also provides support in the area of private building law and in drafting the necessary contracts for the realisation of the projects. In addition, Ms Semper regularly publishes specialist articles on current topics and holds seminars and lectures at specialist conferences.
