Dr. Tina Ines Schmidt was first admitted to the German Bar in 2015 and joined the Berlin office of BRAHMS NEBEL & Kollegen in 2022. Dr Schmidt provides comprehensive advice in all areas of licensing renewable energy installations and the associated grid infrastructure. This includes all relevant topics of planning law, building law and, above all, environmental law. Dr. Schmidt already has many years of professional experience and the relevant expertise in this area. In addition, she advises on transactions in connection with renewable energy plants, in particular with regard to questions of licensing and environmental law as well as corresponding liability risks and their contractual allocation.
Another focus of Dr. Schmidt’s advisory practice is in the area of public urban planning law. Here she advises clients – specifically also municipalities – in particular on issues of urban land use planning, building permit law and climate-friendly urban development.
Dr. Tina Ines Schmidt publishes in the relevant specialist and commentary literature and holds seminars and lectures at relevant specialist events.
