Julian Arnold was admitted to the German Federal Bar (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer, BRAK) in 2017 and joined the law firm Brahms, Nebel & Kollegen Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Berlin in June 2020. Mr Arnold advises on energy law and public law issues in public commercial law, particularly in the areas of wind energy, photovoltaics and biogas production. Mr Arnold specialises in environmental law, in particular immission control and nature conservation law.
Furthermore, Mr Arnold advises on contractual issues in energy law projects. In particular, Mr Arnold advises on the relevant energy law and on civil law options. This includes, among other things, private building law for the construction and operation of energy generation plants. In addition, Mr Arnold regularly publishes academic articles in the specific literature and gives lectures at professional events.
