Ms Oberpichler advises, among others, project developers, energy suppliers as well as property owners on all legal issues in connection with the construction and operation of wind energy and solar plants.

She also focuses on the structuring of decentralised energy projects and neighbourhood developments under corporate law, including the acquisition and sale of energy plants. She also supports her clients in regulatory and energy law issues in connection with contracting, electromobility, biomass and biogas and represents their interests in and out of court.

In addition, Ms Oberpichler regularly publishes specialist articles on current topics in energy law and gives lectures at relevant specialist conferences.
