We advise you on all issues related to electromobility. We offer you advice on all civil and public law matters from a single source that considers and evaluates all relevant aspects. We specialise in providing legal advice in connection with the operation of charging infrastructure on both private and public land. When setting up public charging points, we support you in complying with the requirements under the Charging Points Ordinance to ensure legally compliant operation. In addition, we advise you on all issues relating to the Building Electric Mobility Infrastructure Act (GEIG for short) and help you to comply with or take into account the relevant requirements for the installation of charging and line infrastructure when constructing residential buildings or renovating them.

We also advise you on the legal structure of the necessary usage contracts for land areas, on the application for building permits and other building law issues of a public and private nature, as well as on all issues relating to electricity supply. In addition, we support you in all questions concerning the GHG quota, the possibilities for marketing and reimbursement of the GHG quota in accordance with the requirements of the 38th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (abbreviated to “38th BImSchV”) as well as in the legal preparation and evaluation of business models in connection with the GHG quota.
