We specialise in advising and supporting decentralised energy concepts and contracting solutions and are involved in the conception and contractual design of neighbourhood development, in particular self-supply and local heating concepts. The optimisation of district heating networks, e.g. using heat pumps or combined heat and power plants, is also part of our advisory services.

In particular, regulations of the Ordinance on General Conditions for the Supply of District Heating (AVBFernwärmeV), the Heating Costs Ordinance (HeizKV), the Heat Supply Ordinance (WärmeLV), the Building Energy Act (GEG), the Operating Costs Ordinance (BetrKV) and the CO2 Cost Allocation Act (CO2KostAufG) are the subject of consultation.
