The complex, constantly changing legal framework for renewable energies poses major challenges for project developers and plant operators. At the same time, the correct implementation of the requirements resulting from renewable energy law – in particular the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and its ordinances – has a considerable economic impact.
Our aim is to show our clients feasible and legally sound concepts for the implementation of their energy projects. To this end, we clarify all issues, in particular in connection with grid connection, participation in tendering procedures, other forms of marketing and the participation of other stakeholders, such as citizens and municipalities, in energy projects.

Our consulting services //

  • Support for photovoltaic and wind energy projects as well as innovation projects in the participation in the tendering procedure according to EEG
  • Preparation and negotiation of PPAs and direct marketing contracts
  • Creation of self-supply and direct delivery concepts
  • Verification of the existence of remuneration claims under the EEG for wind and solar projects and enforcement against the grid operator
  • Design of citizen energy companies
  • Implementation of the financial participation of the municipalities according to § 6 EEG
  • Examination of legal issues on topics such as plant aggregation, self-consumption, commissioning, electricity labelling and grid connection
  • Advising on amendments to laws and regulations at European and national level in this dynamic area of law
