Renewable energy law
The complex, constantly changing legal framework for renewable energies poses major challenges for project developers and plant operators. At the same time, the correct implementation of the requirements resulting from renewable energy law – in particular the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and its ordinances – has a considerable economic impact.
Our aim is to show our clients feasible and legally sound concepts for the implementation of their energy projects. To this end, we clarify all issues, in particular in connection with grid connection, participation in tendering procedures, other forms of marketing and the participation of other stakeholders, such as citizens and municipalities, in energy projects.
