Ms Jana Kuhla has been working as a Legal Project Manager at the Hamburg office since April 2026.

She provides support in advising on and managing sustainable energy projects in the areas of electricity generation, storage, supply and marketing, as well as in establishing the associated infrastructure, partnerships and companies. With many years of experience in the planning, implementation and operation of renewable energy projects, as well as strong industry networks, she brings a practical, solution-oriented perspective to her advisory work. She has extensive experience with joint ventures between local authorities, municipal utilities and project developers, and was responsible for the overall legal coordination in the establishment of an electricity supplier and a direct marketer. The legal management of transactions and financing also forms part of her portfolio of activities.
