Vincent Kröger, a solicitor, is originally from Hamburg and has been admitted to the bar since 2026. He practises at the Berlin office. He gained practical experience at various commercial law firms whilst still a student. During his legal training, he also worked at the German Startups Association, where he was able to build on and apply in practice the knowledge he had acquired during his LL.M. studies in digital law.

His practice focuses on transaction law. In particular, he advises on and supports domestic and cross-border corporate acquisitions and disposals.
