Christian Frohberg was admitted to the German Federal Bar (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer, BRAK) in 2003 and works in the Berlin office of BRAHM NEBEL & Kollegen.

Mr Frohberg specialises in energy law, energy and electricity tax law, commercial law, in the areas of renewable energies, hydrogen in industry, energy storage and also advises on labour law and insolvency law. Within the scope of these specialisations and focal points, Mr Frohberg is primarily active in forensic work, in the course of which he is involved in nationwide litigation – a trial lawyer with a passion.

For more than two decades, Mr Frohberg has also given lectures on various specialist topics, in the past, among other things, as part of events organised by the Bundesverband Windenergie e. V. (BWE), the Wind Energy Days, the Leipzig Chamber of Trade, in-house seminars. (BWE), the Windenergietage (Wind Energy Days), the Leipzig Chamber of Crafts, in-house seminars, furthermore substitute lectures at the Chemnitz University of Technology and at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg on topics of renewable energy law, most recently in particular organised various webinars on legal issues around the topic of “hydrogen” and also publishes regularly in professional journals and commentaries.
