Dr Niederstetter has been admitted to the bar since 2007. She advises property companies, investors, project developers and banks on all aspects of property law. Her practice focuses in particular on advising on all matters relating to commercial tenancy and land law, as well as the purchase and sale of properties and property portfolios. In addition to transaction-related work, Dr Niederstetter also deals with issues relating to residential tenancy law. Another key area of Dr Niederstetter’s practice is public real estate law.

Dr Niederstetter has published numerous articles that are cited in higher court case law and in standard works on real estate law.
